Muschietti finalized a deal to direct The brave and the bold, the feature film project that will introduce a new big screen version of Batman, one that will fit into the vast universe being developed by DC Studios heads James Gunn and Peter Safran.
The involvement has been whispered for several weeks. Muschietti, who on the Flash press tour, has been coy about his connection. But according to one source, a deal was finally struck this week, conveniently timed for the opening of his film.
