Sources close to the issue said Chelsea is seeking the role of ambassador to the UK if Harris wins and her parents are reportedly helping her secure it.

“She is 44 years old and has always had that ambition. It is important for her to leave her own legacy. She has always wanted to spend more time abroad, like Caroline Kennedy.”
The sources said the Clintons have been “working on this idea for a long time” and that Chelsea would also consider an ambassadorship to France.
“I can imagine the UK embassy is an aspiration for Chelsea, although it’s still a bit young, and London usually turns to a big donor or fundraiser,” a long-time British embassy official told The Post.
Chelsea was 12 when her father won the presidency, but she gained a public profile after graduating from college. She joined the family foundation and campaigned for her mother during the election campaign.
In 2013, the former first daughter received $600,000 from NBC to do some reporting.
The Clintons vehemently denied backing Harris to lobby for their daughter and get her a job at the State Department.

A Chelsea representative also denied there were any ulterior motives behind their support.
“There is no truth to any of this. Chelsea is proud to support Vice President Harris and is committed to doing everything she can to ensure her election in November,” the representative said.
Donald Trump Jr. posted about the report that Chelsea was hoping for an ambassadorship at X with the caption ‘shocking’ and three eye-roll emojis.
Chelsea responded by saying, ‘They must be the same people who said I would run for Congress, get married years before I actually did, and have an alien brother.
‘I can’t wait to elect Vice President Harris as our next President of the United States… and continue living in New York City.’
