The robbed parents of Harry Dunn today revealed that they must sue Anne Sacoolas in the US for killing him and the Donald Trump government for an attempt to hide it.
Charlotte Charles and Tim Dunn say they are about to start proceedings in America and will claim damages after 19-year-old Harry was shot down and killed by the wife of the American spy while on the wrong side of the road drove in Britain.
The former couple is back in New York today, weeks after meeting Mr. Trump in the White House, where he held Mrs Charles' hand and promised a resolution.
But their spokesperson Radd Seiger says they have heard nothing from the US president and will sue because Sacoolas has not been sent back to Britain.
He said: & We are attempting to cover up claims against both Mrs. Sacoolas in the US for civil damages and the Trump government for their lawless misconduct.
& # 39; No one is above the law and the family is determined to ensure that this never happens again with another family. It becomes Harry & # 39; s memorial. His legacy. & # 39;

Harry Dunn, 19, who died after his motorcycle was involved in a crash on August 27. The American Anne Sacoolas is named as the driver but fled and demanded diplomatic immunity
Mr Seiger said last week that she was taking legal action against the Foreign Ministry after she had fled the country.
They seek judicial review of the way the government dealt with the death of their son.
Harry, 19, was killed when his motorcycle collided in August with a car driven by Anne Sacoolas outside of RAF Croughton in Northamptonshire.
Mrs. Sacoolas, whose husband worked on the American basis, used his diplomatic immunity to return to the US without taking legal action.
Harry & # 39; s parents have accused the FCO & # 39; illegal & # 39; to act by allowing Mrs Sacoolas to leave Great Britain.
They said their son & # 39; would not be happy & # 39; if they & # 39; just gave up & # 39; and are determined to continue to fight.
It is understood that the Dunn family has chosen human rights lawyer Geoffrey Robertson, who previously defended boxer Mike Tyson and former Brazilian president Lula da Silva as a member of their legal team.
Harry & # 39; s family said their son & # 39; would not be happy & # 39; if they & # 39; just gave up & # 39; and are determined to continue to fight
Mr Seiger also wondered if Mrs. Sacoolas was entitled to family-owned diplomatic immunity and added: & This person, whoever he is, was not a diplomat and therefore does not have the benefit of diplomatic immunity and his family also not.
& # 39; The other thing we are about to do is unfortunately referring to the Northamptonshire Police to the Independent Office for Police Conduct.
& # 39; Although they (Northamptonshire Police) have not released all the information this family is entitled to, we are deeply concerned about how this study was conducted, and we simply add this family even more at the darkest moment the injury. & # 39;
When asked why the Dunn family continues their struggle, Mr. Seiger said: & We take it every day, one moment at a time, and we never start such campaigns in a defistist attitude.
& # 39; This family is committed to ensuring that Harry died for a reason.

& # 39; I think the whole nation, the whole world now, is looking at this set of circumstances and it's not right.
& # 39; You can't go to another country and eventually take the life of a resident there and then just skip the country. We all know that. & # 39;
He added: & # 39; We haven't stopped since we started and we have support from all over the world. People have been very nice in donating to our GoFundMe page and we also have the feeling that Harry is right behind us.
& # 39; He was a very determined and principled young man who knew well from evil. He would not be happy if we just gave up and we are determined not to give up. & # 39;
This month Harry & # 39; s parents traveled to Washington to discuss his death with President Donald Trump.
Mrs. Charles and Mr. Dunn also overthrown the decision of the Northamptonshire Police to send officers to interview Mrs. Sacoolas in America.
They say they are referring the incident to the Independent Office for Police Conduct watchdog.
A Foreign Ministry spokeswoman said: “We have done everything we can to clear a path so that justice can be done for Harry's family.
& # 39; As the Foreign Minister explained in Parliament, the person concerned had diplomatic immunity while in the country under the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.
& # 39; We will respond to legal action in due course. & # 39;
