An 11-year-old girl was beaten and kicked by another girl in a shocking ‘attack’ in the park, while others were watching and laughing nearby.

The young girl is said to have been “ abused ” at a Noddle Hill Way park in Bransholme, Hull on Tuesday afternoon.

The girl’s mother, who does not want to be named, said that her daughter called her father ‘sobbed’ and said she was ‘attacked’, Hull Live reported.

A bystander filmed the shocking incident, which shows that another girl hits and kicks the 11-year-old.

An 11-year-old girl was beaten on Tuesday afternoon and kicked by another girl in an alleged ‘attack’ at a Noddle Hill Way park in Bransholme, Hull.

In the images, which were later shared on social media, it is heard that people tell the girl to ‘hit’ the boy, who then falls to the floor and covers her head.

The victim remains on the floor while the other girl continues to hit her on the back.

A person is heard asking, “Is she really crying?”, Before another voice says “get lost” and laughter can be heard in the background.

The girl’s mother, who saw the video, says she believes the other girl in the video was meant to be her daughter’s girlfriend.

She added that while watching the video, she believes her daughter has been ‘attacked’ several times by different people.

The girl’s mother reported the incident to Humberside police, who said an investigation is ongoing.

The mother told Hull Live, “We received a call from my 11-year-old sobbing that she was attacked by several people – since this was just one of the videos, I can’t get a handle on the videos.

So her father went to get her. I was sent a video and asked on Facebook if anyone knew who it was.

“The girl who did it would be her friend. Then after this video and before this video, she was attacked by several people in this group. ‘

The mother said she was shocked to discover that a “friend” had done this to her daughter and decided to contact the other girl’s mother.

She added, “I never thought it would be a girl I thought was friends [with her]. I then contacted the girl’s mother and she replied “my daughter wanted to fight.” Then blocked me. ‘

Parents of some of the other children took their daughters to the victim’s house to apologize, the mother added.

She also said her daughter received a message and was “tormented” about the incident, adding that while her daughter is “not an angel,” she didn’t deserve to be “charged.”

The girl’s mother said she was shocked to find that the other girl was her daughter’s friend and contacted the other girl’s mother who said “my daughter wanted to fight”.

A spokeswoman said: “There are investigations in progress following reports that an eleven-year-old girl was attacked by another child yesterday, Tuesday, August 4.

The attack took place on Noddle Hill Way at around 3:30 PM when the 11-year-old was approached by a group of children.

“A girl from the group, believed to be known to the victim, then attacked the 11-year-old.

“We appeal to anyone who has witnessed the incident or who has information that could help us call our non-emergency line 101 citing crime reference 16/81694/20.”
