The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have all plans to change “on the ice” amid the corona virus crisis, royal expert Camilla Tominey claims.
Prince Harry, 35, and Meghan Markle, 38, shared their last post on the Sussex Royal Instagram account yesterday, before officially stepping down as working senior royals today.
The pair, believed to live in Malibu with 10-month-old Archie, would unveil their new brand and charity this week, with Instagram as their favorite launch pad.
However, released today on This Morning, royal commentator Camillam claimed that all plans to ‘get a new name as celebrities’ have been ‘put on the ice’.

Royal commentator Camilla Tominey (pictured) appeared on This Morning today, claiming the pair has decided not to start any new projects at the moment as they would not get the ‘column inches’
She said the couple decided not to start any new projects at this time because they would not get the column inches they wanted and because they considered it inappropriate to rename at this time.
Host Phillip Schofield, said the message was that the couple “signed out,” Camilla agreed, right? Very. The interesting thing is that they had to launch their lives as non-royals this week.
“Today marks the end of that transition period, where they officially had to resign, but of course, due to the coronavirus outbreak, they couldn’t. They put all of these on ice.
“I think they not only found it inappropriate to rename in a time like this, but they also don’t get the inches column they wanted.
The couple, who will be removing the royal title from their title tomorrow after relinquishing their position as a senior member of the Firm, posted a message to their account last night
She continued, “We understand that this big step has been rushed before. They took one of the last flights from Canada to come to America and they are currently renting and looking somewhere, maybe on the beach in Malibu. But all plans to launch this new charity have been put on the ice. ‘
Together, Harry and Meghan have 11.3 million followers on their current SussexRoyal Instagram account and were expected to launch a series of projects following the announcement of their image refresh.
The move was intended to spark a revival of activity for both Prince Harry and Meghan, who laid the groundwork after royal duty.
Camila continued, “They are also signaling today, which is a shock compared to what they announced in January, the idea that they will remain regal today ends. Because they can no longer use their Sussex Royal title, which they have used as a brand name since their marriage. ‘

Rumor has it that the couple lives in Malibu with 10-month-old Archie, promising to continue their charity work behind the scenes in their Instagram post last night.
Camilla said the pair are “ setting up shop like celebrities ” and will be “ on the red carpet with the rest of the A-listers ” after dropping their royal branding.
About their move to Los Angeles, Camilla said, “It’s her hometown, it’s where she grew up, where all her friends are based. They have announced that they will be represented by the US agency Sunshine Sachs.
They’ve said they will no longer be represented by the royal communications agency, but will essentially be shopping like celebrities.
“They’re still known as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, but they can’t use that royal branding, so they’re on the red carpet with the rest of the A-listers.”

Meghan, 38, is said to have ‘a huge amount of projects in the works’ after stepping away from her duties, spanning several areas, to help the pair become financially independent.
The former actress’s first appearance after leaving the royal family was revealed on Thursday – with Meghan voicing a Disney documentary about elephants.
In their post last night, the couple encouraged followers to be strong and positive during the pandemic, they thanked fans for their support and said they look forward to ‘reconnecting soon’.
The post read, “Thank you for your support, inspiration, and dedication to the good in the world.”

The post, which turned off the comments, garnered thousands of likes within minutes and signed off with ‘Harry and Meghan’. The comments on their remaining posts also seem to be turned off.
Shared on their traditional navy blue template, the message begins tackling the coronavirus pandemic and reads, “As we can all feel, the world seems extremely fragile right now.
“Yet we are convinced that every person has the potential and the opportunity to make a difference – as can be seen all over the world, in our families, our communities and people on the front lines – together we can lift each other to realize the fullness of that promise. ‘
