It is coated in platinum-cured silicone and surrounds the rigid internal structures with enough thickness that it still feels soft to the touch. Silicone is exceptionally soft, smooth and silky, never dusty or dry.
When you apply a few drops of water-based lubes, sometimes the silicone outer layer of low-quality sex toys can take on a sort of squeaky (like they’re squeaky clean) feeling to the touch.
