Chase’s Mark Labbett has revealed the heartbreaking reason he split from ex-girlfriend Hayley Palmer.
Mark, 59, and Hayley announced their split in May, just days after their one-year anniversary.
While presenter Hayley claims he left her because he “didn’t want to divorce his ex-wife”, Mark admitted it was because he “got old”.
talking to the sunMark said: ‘She (Hayley) is a lovely lady and I was very lucky to date her for a year, and like I said… it’s me, I’ve gotten old.’
After Hayley said she couldn’t stand the thought of Mark with another woman, the mastermind insisted he is not actively dating.
He added: “There hasn’t been anyone since Hayley, I’m not saying there won’t be another one.” But I’m certainly not looking.

Speaking to MailOnline, Hayley confessed: “It was really upsetting to see it appear on my screen and I had to turn around. “I wasn’t expecting to feel that way.
“Like the last time he was there, I was sitting next to him and we were talking about celebrating our first anniversary and exactly a week later my world came crashing down.”
She added: “To be honest, thinking about him with someone just brings everything back to me.”
Hayley explained that her feeling surprised her and continued: “It was a trigger.” “I didn’t think it would be like this because I’ve worked really hard on my mindset and I’ve been in a good place.”
Hayley previously claimed Mark “lives up to his nickname” after “taking her by surprise” by brutally breaking up with her over the phone.
