The happy couple has been sharing their relationship with fans on social media for months now, but their private lives have come under more scrutiny lately due to Ariarne’s gold medal win at the Olympics.

Jacob, 25, is best known for his participation in the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.

Outside of swimming, Brisbane-born Jacob casually works as a disability support worker and has studied sports business.

In April, the happy couple officially celebrated a year together.

In February, they enjoyed a romantic date together at the Holey Moley Gold Club.

Ariarne posted a photo of herself and Jacob arm in arm on the date and captioned it: “Can confirm I’m the superior putt putter,” followed by a heart emoji with a winking face.

Earlier this week, Ariarne’s swim coach took to the world for his wild celebration after her incredible gold medal win.

Titmus, 20, stormed home Monday to win gold in the 400-meter freestyle over America’s greatest ever female swimmer, Katie Ledecky, while her coach Dean Boxall’s crazy celebrations were broadcast around the world.

He ripped off his face mask and started running up and down the stands before screaming and spinning around as a staff member panicked in the background.

Boxall, who moved Titmus and her family from Tasmania to Queensland to become the child prodigy’s coach, was caught on broadcast cameras around the world stalking the pool as the 20-year-old approached the wall for her first gold medal.

“I mean, he’s going crazy. oh my god, haha! He’s just putting on a show like Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stones or something,” the commentator said as he burst through the barriers and tossed his mask.

Boxall then grabbed hold of a glass barrier and shook it as he twisted into the railing.

He then slammed into the air and screamed at the pool when a startled Japanese Olympic worker nervously tried to encourage him back into his section.

The coach was later overcome with emotion and wiped away tears as Titmus took to the podium to receive her gold medal.
