Christian Boynton, eight, was attacked by three fellow students after arriving at the Lakewood Elementary School in Tomball on Tuesday morning.
Christian was allegedly followed from the school bus by the bullies group before being pushed into a toilet where he was kicked and beaten until he fell unconscious.
His older sister, Kailee Boynton, told it KHOU 11: & # 39; They have pinned my brother. They hit him. They hit him to the point of unconsciousness, where they kept hitting him. They went through his backpack & # 39 ;.
Kailee claims that the attack & # 39; was not triggered & # 39 ;.
Christian was rushed to a local emergency facility, but his injuries were so severe that he was taken to Texas Children's Hospital in nearby Houston.
It was there that doctors discovered he had blood on his brain.
