The Block’s Marty Fox and his wife Charlotte have put their Mornington Peninsula holiday home up for sale.
Marty, best known for being a judge on the hit reality show, described the property as “a cabin in the front and a party in the back.”
The couple is seeking to sell the luxury property for between $1.9 million and $2.09 million.
The property features lavender plants lining the stairs that lead from a covered terrace and outdoor kitchen to a heated pool.
In 2021, while Marty and Charlotte were living in Melbourne, the couple purchased the 1950s cottage to renovate and use as a holiday home.
But due to their busy schedules and after moving to a larger home in Toorak, the couple don’t have as much time to visit the retreat, so they are selling.
The house is completed by a well-kept garden of 1,548 square meters with an in-ground trampoline, pear trees and tall eucalyptus trees.

“It’s a very nice house,” Marty said.
“It was a real escape for our three children, they loved the space,” she added.
The elegant kitchen is equipped with an island and marble countertops, plus French blue cabinets, with the convenient addition of a butler’s pantry.
