Following their departure from the show following a series of disputes, it has been claimed that they will return for a cameo before the end of the twentieth season.
The news comes after Paige hit out at the Channel Nine show in a series of scathing comments on TikTok as she criticised the final edition that aired.
Amid the controversy, a production source said: Yahoo Lifestyle That couple, Jesse and Paige, filmed a surprise cameo before the series began airing.
The source claimed Nine’s decision to film the cameo before the pair had watched their episodes was “sneaky”, in an apparent reference to Paige’s explosive TikToks.
“It was a sneaky tactic by Channel Nine to bring them back and film something before the controversial couple watched the show with the rest of Australia as their feelings have changed since watching their edit,” the anonymous source said.
The source said the couple were happy to film their surprise scenes and claimed they had returned to the production location on Phillip Island twice since leaving the show.
“Jesse and Paige agreed to get back together five weeks later and were more than happy to get back together,” the source said.

Paige and Jesse, who were dubbed the “villains” of the series, decided to withdraw from the renewal competition after a rough few weeks that included some explosive fights.

Following their shock exit, host Scott Cam revealed the couple’s decision was theirs alone and responded to claims they were asked to leave.
In a video posted on 9NowScott said producers had a “duty of care” towards the couple.
In scenes that aired earlier this month, the couple made a tearful exit after producers were forced to intervene and urge them to speak to psychologists following a series of tense rows.
“We’ve always said we’re not doing anything major here, we’re just renovating,” Scott said in the video.
“Health, wellbeing and happiness always come first on The Block. We always make sure that the contestants’ wellbeing comes first.”
However, earlier this week, Paige launched an explosive attack on TikTok producers, claiming the way they handled her deteriorating mental health was “disgusting”.
“But the way they handled the whole mental health issue was a gross display of a TV show trying to cash in on its relevance,” she said in the video.
“It’s very clear that they are trying to enter their ‘woke’ era and this was very opportunistic for them at the expense of mental health.”
She claimed the couple had a good relationship with producers, who she said referred to her as the “Energizer Bunny,” but said the story after production was different.
She furiously slammed producers for her “horrible” experience on the show and accused the show of editing her scenes to make her look “crazy.”
“They did it by literally putting entire sentences in my mouth, and that’s what we like to call Frankenbites,” he said.
‘They were cutting bits and pieces from everywhere and putting them together to get everything into the context they wanted, but it was crystal clear that things didn’t fit.
‘They were blatantly cutting off conversations to make me look crazy. So we were pretty frustrated with the way we were portrayed the first two weeks. We were just sitting there like, ‘What?’

“I really tried to put my mental health aside, but anything would make me nervous, anxious, paranoid all day long, but I really did my best to be okay,” she continued.

‘Nine has a service for all participants should they want or need individual and confidential psychological support.
‘This service provides participants with access to clinicians who have been specifically contracted to support those involved in the program in relation to their experiences.
‘This service is available to all participants during filming, broadcasting and after the programme has finished for as long as they need it, it does not end.’
