She’s the former The Block star who has never been shy about her romantic misadventures.
But Eliza Paschke has revealed the one question about her love life she hates being asked – and it’s something many can relate to.
In a column for 9HoneyThe 38-year-old admitted she doesn’t like being asked if she’s still single, but gets asked about her relationship status at least “once a day.”
‘Other variations include, “Are you off the market yet?”, “Have you found a man yet?” or “How are you still single?” the fan favorite said.
She also confessed that people are often “horrified” that she is “38 years old and not in a relationship.”
While she admitted that most of those who ask the question probably have good intentions, Eliza confessed that she finds hearing the question so often “laborious, condescending and boring.”
However, Eliza admitted that she approached the irritating and invasive question with a sense of humor.
“I often find myself joking in response about how I’m a spinster who’ll be 90 years old and alone with nine cats,” she said.

Elsewhere, Eliza defended her single status and described her current life as “fabulous” and stated that she was doing “what I wanted, when I wanted”.
“There are many reasons why people are single, and one of the biggest reasons is that they choose to be,” she said, adding that she was living her “best life” right now.
This comes after Eliza revealed in March that she was keen to put her “shitty love life” to good use with a regular column for website 9honey.
And her former boss was one of the first to congratulate her in the comments.
“At last your wisdom is recorded for future generations, Lize!” wrote Hamish Blake.
Many fans also expressed their congratulations.
“Omg I can relate to Eliza so much,” one follower wrote. “I’m so proud of you,” added her The Block co-star Steph Ottavio.

The reality star has been very open about her professional relationship with Andy Lee after working as the radio star’s personal assistant and Hamish Blake for 10 years.
But last year, intimate details about The Block star’s personal relationship with Lee were revealed.
So Dramatic! reported that Eliza was living with her boss Andy Lee and his partner Rebecca Harding in 2022.
“Eliza is really downplaying her connection to Hamish and Andy on The Block,” a source told the publication, as they surfaced old audio from Hamish and Andy’s podcast.

In the resurfaced episode of the show from July last year, the radio legends made a prank call to Rebecca, 32, posing as an insurance company representative.
During the phone call, Andy posed as an insurance agent and confirmed details of a recent accident that occurred at the home he shares with Rebecca.
“The incident occurred at your house… And is it correct that the residents of the house include you, Andrew Lee and then Eliza… is that Paschke?” Andy asked.
Rebecca quickly confirmed that those were the three people who lived in her house.
