The couple, who have been dubbed this season’s “villains,” stepped out on Monday night after producers were forced to intervene.
The engaged couple were caught arguing off-camera, but with their microphones still on.
Paige can be heard questioning her relationship with Jesse, stating, “There’s no us.”
She angrily added: “I don’t give a shit how you feel, accept it yourself” before threatening to leave the show.
By 11:30 p.m. that same day, their argument was loud enough to be heard throughout The Block.
At that point executive producer Justin Sturzaker intervened, pointing out that the couple had had heated arguments before.
“It seems like the relationship is getting worse. Your neighbors can hear you too, you know?” he told them.

Sturzaker then suggested that Paige and Jesse talk to the show’s psychologists.
“You don’t have to tell everything you have just to Jesse. We need other people to talk to you when they have to make an important decision,” she said.
The couple did so over the weekend and announced on Monday that they had decided to leave the series.
Paige said the past week had been a “cry for help” and added: “It was like a black hole in my head.”
Host Scott Cam wished the couple well, telling them: “We feel like they need to go somewhere other than here, to take care of themselves.”

This comes after a The Block host revealed what Jesse and Paige are really like amid a huge backlash from viewers.
Many viewers have taken issue with the couple’s on-screen emotional crises, but one builder has revealed what it was really like working with them.
Zak Sydenham of ZS Custom Builds has come to the pair’s defence amid the onslaught of criticism, saying he has “had a lot of fun” after working closely with them.
The worker also appeared to criticise the way the couple was edited on the Channel Nine show.
“Despite what it looks like, (filming The Block) was filled with laughter, hijinks, and an overall enjoyable experience,” she gushed in an Instagram post.
“Thank you for trusting us to make your ideas a reality.”
The builder went on to admit that while the couple “had their moments,” it was never as bad as it seemed on screen.

Her comments come after it was revealed that Jesse and Paige will be putting down their shovels and shockingly leaving the show in week five.
A source revealed that the engaged couple, who are the youngest team this season, will be leaving the show to save their relationship, Yahoo Lifestyle reported.
“Jesse and Paige asked themselves a real question: Is the possibility of making money worth risking their relationship?” a source told the publication.
‘Channel Nine gave them the go-ahead to leave the show after some heated exchanges on their hot mics.
“It was a very difficult decision, but both Jesse and Paige believe Australia will accept their decision in a positive way.”
The Insider went on to say that the fights between Jesse, 29, and Paige, 27, became “pretty toxic” towards the end and tested the boundaries of their relationship.
Sturzaker then suggested that Paige and Jesse speak to the show’s psychologists. The couple did so over the weekend and announced on Monday that they had decided to leave the series.
Viewers have been criticizing the couple ever since Paige… went on a swearing rant during an episode last week.
In recent scenes she vented to architect Julian Brenchley, telling him she “didn’t give a f*** about his opinion” after an argument over the location of her and partner Jesse’s master bedroom.
It wasn’t long before fans of the show took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to slam Paige for her on-air antics and denounce her “childish behavior.”
“Little Princess Paige has never had anyone tell her no. It’s time to grow up and function in a grown-up world,” they wrote.
Another disgruntled viewer said: “Paige is a petulant little girl. She really thinks people are rude (when they’re not), she walks all over everything and now she’s slammed two sponsors. She’s not smart.”
The current series of The Block was filmed earlier this year in the popular Victorian resort of Phillip Island.
Viewers have been criticizing the couple ever since Paige made a rude speech during an episode last week.
