Luke and Josh Packham have tackled rumors that they are at the center of one of The Block’s biggest cheating scandals.

During an interview on Monday Today show, the 26-year-old twins refused to deny they were involved in the deception, hinting that there was more to it.

“If you dangle a carrot in front of a horse, they’ll probably take a bite,” the brothers laughed.

In what becomes one of the biggest scandals The Block has ever seen, Josh and Luke were accused of trying to obtain classified information about upcoming challenges in the show.

“Look, we definitely have a part to play in that, but it’s just interesting who’s pointing the finger because there’s more culprits to come,” Josh said cryptically.

‘People in greenhouses are not allowed to throw stones. We don’t know what’s coming next week, but there are willing participants, and I just want to say that we had absolutely no advantage over Ronnie and Georgia,” Luke added.

After winning The Block’s master bedroom challenge on Sunday, Luke and Josh were accused of cheating by fellow contestants Ronnie and Georgia Caceres.

“I think it helps to cheat. I mean it’s amazing that they know exactly the full schedule of which rooms are coming up, they know when the challenge days are coming up. So I think it helps to cheat,” said a disgruntled Ronnie, 45.

Reiterating his accusations, Ronnie told one of the show’s producers, “I don’t think they really cheated, I know they did.”

'Look, we certainly have a role in that. But it's just interesting who's pointing the finger because there are more culprits to come,

Georgia, 37, tried in vain to calm her husband, urging him, “Don’t go there.”

Speaking of the scandal, The Block host Scott Cam said he had “never seen anything like it on any of the TV shows I’ve worked on over the years.”

“I was utterly shocked, disappointed and extremely annoyed – this scandal made it very unfair to everyone. It also affected something I love very much, which is building The Block,” the 58-year-old said in a statement.
