Gary Neville has called Paul Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola “a leech” and claimed that their word war was “the best birthday wish.”
The Manchester United star, who celebrated his 45th birthday on Tuesday, angrily at Raiola by saying that the club should never do business with the Italian-born Dutch agent, because star-man Pogba continues to push for a move.
Neville predicted that the saga would end when Pogba left in the summer.
Gary Neville believes that former side Manchester United should stop dealing with agent Mino Raiola
Raiola struck back by calling the Sky Sports expert a “big know-how” and said “he could fuck himself.”
That provoked a barb from Neville, who tweeted: “The best birthday wish I could have gotten from this leech!”
Raiola had fueled the new line with a tweet on Monday at 7.43 p.m. – just 17 minutes before United’s kick-off against Chelsea: ‘Paul is Paul Pogba. You can’t own a person in the UK or anywhere else for a long time. “
After United’s 2-0 win at Stamford Bridge, manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was shown Raiola’s comments and replied: “I certainly did not speak to Mino. And no, I didn’t sit down and told Paul to tell Mino what to say. Paul is our player and not Mino. ”

Raiola spoke out in his criticism of United and added his growing list of complaints on Monday when he suggested that his client was a “prisoner” in Old Trafford.
The World Cup winner earns £ 290,000 a week, but has barely played this season due to an injury, while talk about a possible departure has been going on for months.
Neville cannot understand why United deals with Raiola because he has been a thorn in the eye for years.
He told Sky Sports: “It ends in Pogba when you leave Manchester United.
“What the club has to do is take a stand against that agent. He has confused them with Pogba and others for years.
“I will never know why they let themselves be played. He is a serious thorn for them.
“United must stand strong and not do business with him and tell players that if they are represented by him, we will not make deals with you.”
Raiola, talking talkSPORT, said about Neville: “Gary Neville has such great know-how of football that I am surprised that his Salford City is not yet in the Premier League.

“He should be on the board of directors of United and ask them for a job, I don’t care what he says.”
Raiola’s excavation at Neville comes when his side of Salford City is in 11th place in League Two.
92-star class Neville, his brother Phil, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, Nicky Butt and David Beckham all have a 10 percent stake in Salford – which earned promotion for the Football League in May 2019.
Neville and his former teammates invested in the then Premier League Division North Side Salford in 2014, with Beckham in January 2019.
Salford has since enjoyed back-to-back promotions for the Football League thanks to financial support from the Class of 92 and majority shareholder Peter Lim.
