Elegance expert Anna Bey (pictured) has revealed the beauty trends she says are a big no-no.

A popular elegance expert has revealed the beauty trends that scream elegance rather than taste and could “ruin your look”.

Anna Bey, a YouTuber who splits her time between London and Geneva, revealed her top picks for the “worst beauty mistakes”, with eyebrow tattoos, veneers and chipped nail polish making the list.

Dressed to the nines in a chic fuchsia silk shirt and barely any makeup, the lifestyle guru who “helps women get better” listed the “worst things” a person could do with their appearance.

Citing dramatic makeovers like those of Michael Jackson and Katie Price, he said making similar decisions would “hold back your impeccable potential” and claimed his advice could help turn things around.

Addressing her 1.84 million subscribers, Bey started with “badly done” eyebrow tattoos or any facial tattoos such as lip liner, eyeliner, and lip tattoos.

“The eyebrows are very focused and take up a lot of space on the face,” she said.

‘Professionals may not understand the pigment they are using, so the color could end up being wrong for you or even completely distorted, such as turning yellow, blue or green. And then you’re stuck with these green eyebrows.

The influencer said that if the shape of your eyebrows wasn’t ‘right’ for your face, or if they were too ‘sharp’ or not ‘pretty’, it would be too late to change them.

“This is a big mistake,” he declared.

The beauty guru added that it was expensive and risky to correct such mistakes and advised beauty lovers to check the work of doctors in real life before undergoing the semi-permanent procedure.

Bey, who showed off her pearly white teeth in the video, moved on to the “common mistakes” people make when getting their teeth done.

He accused people of “over-whitening” or opting for “too white” colors, which he called “artificially made” and “unnatural.”

For reference, he showed images of Katie Price, Simon Cowell and even Blake Lively.

“In my experience, when you do veneers and choose a color, you should keep in mind that your teeth will darken a little with use.”

She continued: ‘You can make it a little whiter knowing that they will go darker. Unfortunately, that doesn’t stop people from choosing a color that’s too white,” he continued.

Also on his list was facial hair, especially having a “visible mustache and beard.”

She acknowledged that most women have “little tufts” of hair on their upper lip and chin, and directed her advice to those who have grown “long” hair in these areas.

Anna, who said she is “pro-surgery”, spoke about adult acne, an affliction she revealed she once suffered from, and also said that chipped nail polish “cheapened the look”.

“Depending on your complexion, it may or may not be visible, but one thing is for sure: in broad daylight, when you are in profile, people see hairs sticking out if you have visible hairs,” Anna said.

To this end, he suggested remedies such as shaving the face with a “special razor” and warned that if attention was not paid to the problem, excess hair could, in his opinion, “degrade a woman’s appearance.”

She also expressed her distaste for “overly sloppy faces” that included bad “Michael Jackson” nose jobs and excessive fillers that “make you look like a cat lady.”

The influencer said she was “in favor of surgery,” but “I feel like we have to take small steps forward and go to the right professionals.”

He also said that eyebrow tattoos

He also said that “badly done” eyebrow tattoos were a no, as were identikit facial procedures.

Anna spoke about the “pandemic” of “Instagram and FaceTune face” – what the expert says are procedures performed on the eyes, face and lips that make all women look the same. She said many women had tried to copy Kim Kardashian’s look, for example.

‘Really do your research, take the time to make these decisions. Don’t rush into things. Don’t do something just because it’s a trend,’ he advised.

“Be aware of what you do to yourself because at the end of the day you do a lot of things that can end up making you look weird,” he concluded.

Also on her list of beauty mistakes was the wrong hair color: Anna said that a woman’s hair should not be too light or dark for her skin tone, nor look dirty since, like eyebrows, it was a main attraction.

Anna moved on to the “pandemic” of “Instagram and FaceTune face” (which the expert said were procedures performed on the eyes, face and lips that made “everyone look the same”) and said they were also a no-no.

Anna also referred to facial work

Anna also referred to “poorly” facial jobs, such as on the noses, as in the alleged case of the late Michael Jackson.

She chose stars like Kim Kardashian as a representation of how women wanted to look when they had these facial procedures.

Anna also addressed adult acne, a condition she revealed she once suffered from and said was “terrible.”

“I’m not just talking about a few grains,” Anna began. ‘I mean when you have enough, especially in adulthood.

“Once you’re over 20 or 30 or whatever and you’re still having acne problems, my advice is to seek professional help.”

The expert recommended people consult a doctor and take medication, as the latter “cured their acne for the rest of their life.”

She also said that chipped nail polish “cheapened the look.”

Still, the guru insisted that women shouldn’t aspire to look perfect, but rather made the video to help them “find their true potential.”
