A Boston man is devastated after his pride and joy, a beautiful black 1990s Buick Grand National, was stolen and used in a demolition derby as the thief raced through the streets of Boston, crashing between 15 and 20 cars. parked.
The car’s owner, Dennis Harrington, had just taken it out of the shop after doing some bodywork and putting it through its paces on a track.
Harrington was at work when a co-worker told him he had seen a car “just like his.”

The muscle car was stolen from downtown Boston and driven six miles south to the suburb of Dorchester, where the thief opened a path of destruction by crashing into parked vehicles at 2:30 pm Monday afternoon.
Damage ranged from a few scratches to smashed headlights and broken bumpers.
The driver crashed into vehicles parked on Dicks, Center and Parkman streets. Neighbors say they heard a series of loud crashes.
“There was a car that hit a couple of other cars in the neighborhood and then turned around and went up the side street and hit a couple more cars,” said local resident Damal Ray.
The car was seen on surveillance camera as it drove through the streets on a path of destruction.
Frustratingly, the car had recently left the shop after some body work had been done.
It is covered in dents and scratches. One of its headlights also appears to be missing.

Surveillance footage shows the Buick crashing into more than a dozen cars before the vehicle was eventually abandoned in Dorchester.
Neighbors reported hearing the series of crashes and described how the car collided with several others before the driver abandoned it and fled the scene when he could no longer drive.
The thief caused significant damage and left several neighbors upset.
The owners of the wrecked cars and the stolen Buick are now negotiating with their respective insurance companies to have their vehicles repaired.
Meanwhile, Boston police report that the car thief remains at large.
