The Bachelor star Keira Maguire has detailed all the wild procedures she’s undergone to maintain her age-defying face.

The reality star turned influencer looks more than a decade younger than her 38 years, and appears to have aged backwards since her first foray into reality TV in 2016.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia on Wednesday at a brunch to celebrate the launch of Naked Sundays’ new BeautyScreen Peptide Foundation Tint, Keira detailed the litany of cosmetic procedures she had to undergo to take years off her face.

From fractional lasers, Botox to minor filler treatments and salmon sperm injections, Keira has been using lasers and injectables since she was 20 years old.

“I had very severe acne scarring from a very young age, so I underwent a lot of fractional laser treatments. I accidentally started going to the clinic and doing a lot of facial treatments,” she said.

‘But in fact, some of them removed natural collagen, so I had to resort to other facial treatments to correct the other ones I had done.

“I have tried many different lasers, including resurfacing lasers.”

During fractional laser treatments, a device with a laser beam divided into thousands of microscopic treatment zones is used on the face to help combat sun damage and skin aging.

However, Keira said those treatments were just the beginning, as she was introduced to her first filler treatment when she was 25, and then Botox at 30.

“I got lip fillers when I was pretty young because the mother of one of my ex-boyfriends gave them to me for my birthday. She told me to get lip fillers for my 25th birthday,” she said with a laugh.

‘But I never got Botox until I was 30. The first time I got Botox was right before I went on The Bachelor (in 2016) and I had surgery on my jaw.

“So I do look a little different, but that’s because it slims the face. A lot of people say, ‘She’s had a lot of work,’ but I tell them no, it’s just lasers and Botox.”

Keira has also undergone Profhilo, an injectable

Keira has also undergone Profhilo, a “bioremodelling” injectable, and Rejuran, a salmon sperm facial treatment that is also injectable.

Keira went on to say that she doesn’t use as much filler as her followers think and that she only got the injections once in her lips and lower cheeks.

She explained that earlier this year she had RF fractional laser treatment, three times in a 12-week period, and that it “melted the collagen” in her cheeks.

“If you laser someone too much, you can melt the fat in their face and the collagen… I had to put filler in the lower cheeks of my face (to fix it),” she explained.

Keira has also undergone Profhilo, an injectable ‘bioremodelling’ treatment, and Rejuran, a salmon sperm facial treatment that is also injectable.

“I had Rejuran done three weeks ago. I had it done under my eyes. I definitely think the salmon sperm facial is the best thing I’ve ever had done,” she said.

“I’ve tried Profhilo. I don’t like it. Rejuran is definitely the best on the market… I think it will replace filler.”

Keira has been very open about the procedures she receives, often posting about them on her Instagram page, but often receives backlash for her appearance.

She said most critics complain she has “too much filler” in her cheeks, despite her insistence that her chubby features are natural.

“I try not to put filler in my face. I don’t believe it can be reversed… I don’t believe in using it. I’ve never needed it,” she said.

“I’m just telling them (critics)… that I don’t have filler in my face and if I did I would tell them. You can tell when someone has filler in their face. You can tell.”

Keira rose to fame on Richie Strahan’s season of The Bachelor in 2016, before appearing on I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! and Bachelor in Paradise in 2017, where she met Jarrod Woodgate.
