Holly Kingston has shared a candid update about her postpartum journey just days after giving birth to her newborn son.
The reality star, 30, who shares her first child with husband Jimmy Nicholson, 34, took to Instagram on Sunday to let her 173,000 followers know how she was doing after giving birth to her baby.
Sharing a photo of herself in her bra and pants, Holly gave her fans a glimpse of her “deflated” baby bump.
Over the image, she wrote: “This is 3 days after c-section, I feel a bit like a fluffy pancake that’s deflating.”
The reality star also revealed that she stopped taking painkillers because she was ready to start breastfeeding.
“A little pain, but nothing unbearable,” he continued, before admitting that his “emotions” outweighed any physical pain.

“It’s been a roller coaster (one I wouldn’t trade for the world), but certainly not all sunshine, little showers and rainbows,” he confessed.
Holly and Jimmy met on The Bachelor in 2021 and last week announced that they had welcomed their baby boy, Lennox James Nicholson.
The reality TV lovebirds took to Instagram on Wednesday to confirm the arrival of their son.
They shared a gallery of adorable snaps of their newborn while gushing about their growing family with an adorable caption.
“Introducing our beautiful boy Lenny, who came into our lives on Monday night… 3.35kg, breech and bum via c-section (yes, he’s already a stubborn little thing like his parents),” the couple wrote .
“At the risk of sounding cliché, it’s true what they say: there is no manual that will prepare you for this type of love overnight.”
The caption continued: “Thank you for choosing us little man, waking up with you the last few mornings has really felt like a dream.”
“You already have us wrapped in your very long fingers and toes,” they concluded in the sweet tribute.
The reality star also revealed that she stopped taking painkillers because she was ready to start breastfeeding.
Their famous friends and followers quickly responded to the comments with congratulatory messages for the happy couple.
‘I am more than happy for all of you. Welcome to the world Lennox, you have no idea how lucky you are,” The Bachelor’s Laura Byrne wrote.
‘Oh God. CONGRATULATIONS and welcome to the world, little one,” added Rebecca Gibney.
It wasn’t long before cricket WAG Erin Holland joined the chorus and wrote: ‘Congratulations to you both! It’s divine xx.’
