Sasha Mielczarek has finally sold her luxury Bowral home after failing to secure a bid at auction and reducing the price.
The Bachelorette winner put the four-bedroom home on the market for $3.2 million in January, and it was auctioned off the following month but received no bids.
In April, Sasha, 44, dropped the price of the property, located in Bowral, 116 kilometres from Sydney in the Southern Highlands, by $300,000 to $2.9 million.
Seven months after first hitting the market, Sasha finally sold the home, known as Chester, for an undisclosed price of around $2.7 million, according to The Daily Telegraph.
Sasha bought the run-down 1890s cottage with her mother Kym in 2020 for $1.3 million and completely renovated it, including a new roof and windows.
Now, the luxurious three-bathroom home is a delightful blend of Old World charm and modern elegance and even features a separate studio apartment.
With a meticulously preserved Victorian-era façade, the home features hardwood floors, grand ceilings, and a luxurious open floor plan in the main living areas.
Featuring elegant white furnishings, the beautiful master bedroom offers a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom.

Seven months after it first hit the market, Sasha reportedly sold the home, known as Chester, for an undisclosed price of around $2.7 million.
The impressive property also features a luxurious entertainment terrace, a period-style porch and a large backyard.
The studio space functions as a completely separate dwelling, with a bedroom and separate kitchen, making it perfect for a dual-dwelling setup.
Sasha shared the renovation process on Instagram, sharing before-and-after photos after finishing returning the run-down home to “its former glory” in 2022.
“It’s been a long time coming, but the wait has been worth it. Introducing ‘Chester’, located in Bowral in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales,” he wrote at the time.
‘Originally built in the late 1890s, my mother and I purchased the property at the beginning of the pandemic with the goal of restoring it to its former glory.

‘Two years later and after several iterations throughout the design, here is the final result and we couldn’t be happier.’
After completing the renovation, Sasha put the property up for rent for $1,800 per week, a price later reduced to $1,650 for a one-week stay.
According to a listing on Realestate.com.au, the property last sold for $840,000 in July 2010, before Sasha snapped it up a decade later.
It is Sasha’s second home in the area, after revealing she had finally completed work on another New South Wales property she bought four years ago.
The former reality star purchased a plot of land in Bowral in June 2016 for an estimated $420,000 to build her dream home.
Sasha rose to fame on The Bachelorette with Sam Frost in 2015, but they split shortly after. He is now married to Carly Cottam (pictured) and the couple have a daughter, Stevie Marie.
He planned to live there with his then girlfriend Sam Frost, whom he met on The Bachelorette in 2015, but split from the Home and Away star in December 2016.

Sasha debuted her relationship with Carly in December 2020 and later popped the question during a romantic holiday in Queensland.
