A baby was rushed to hospital after police were called over a “major incident” at a luxury hotel and apartment block.
Police and paramedics quickly made their way to the Avani Adelaide Residences on Franklin Street in Adelaide at around 6:30am on Sunday morning.
It is understood that the emergency services have been responding to a mental health incident.

A baby was rushed from the luxury aparthotel to the hospital and was conscious.
The baby did not require oxygen.
A man, believed to be the father, escorted the baby out of the building.
Another person was also taken to the hospital on a stretcher.
