Features include a huge modern chef’s kitchen, separate garden studio, and home theater.

According to sales agent Raine & Horne, a development application has been submitted to build a swimming pool and ‘manicured garden’.

Over the years, the palatial sprawl has been used as a private hospital and later as an operations headquarters for the Australian Navy.

The current owners are selling to move abroad.
