Apprentice star Tre Lowe has shared the inspiring final message he received from Lord Sugar after being booted from the show.
Businessman Tre, along with fellow contestants Paul Midha and Flo Edwards, missed the final when he was axed in the penultimate episode of this year’s series.
After carefully reviewing the business plans of the five finalists, Lord Sugar decided that Phil Turner and Rachel Woolford would face each other in the final.
Revealing his decision, the seasoned businessman told the boardroom: ‘Tre, I’ve always told people in this process that they will learn as they go, and that includes me.
And I’ve learned that you’re a good guy. Your business is none of my concern, friend, and so it is with sincere regret: You’re fired!’

The businessman shared that Lord Sugar (pictured) told him to “stay in touch”, implying the door was open for a potential business or mentoring opportunity in the future.
Although he was fired, Tre shared with Mirror that Lord Sugar hinted that a trade partnership could still be on the table.
Even though Tre didn’t make it past the top five finalists, he divulged that “the door is still open” with Lord Sugar.
“I mean, we all got the ‘keep in touch’ and it was the most sincere and genuine, keep in touch and keep in touch means the opportunity potential for investment or mentorship is still there,” he told the publication.
And I think that’s telling, the level of respect that Lord Sugar had for the five of us.
“So of course it’s heartbreaking not to have made it to the final, but I still feel like the door is still open with Lord Sugar. He was clear with all of us, so it feels great.”
The businessman also revealed who he wants to win on this year’s Apprentice.
Describing her as a ‘sister,’ Tre shared that he is firmly team Rachel.
Explaining why he hoped his fellow contestant would take the crown, Tre said that many of his best moments and victories on the show had happened with Rachel.

According to Tre, the pair became so close that they didn’t even need to communicate; A look was enough.
Tre continued to shower Rachel with praise, describing her as the perfect numbers partner in the challenges.
Although he backs Rachel to the end, Tre expressed the utmost respect for the “resilient” Phil, who made it all the way to the finals despite nine losses.
Tre described the finalist’s business plan as “amazing” and praised Phil, adding that he had earned his spot among the two finalists.
Paul, who also missed the final, was also “absolutely gutted” not to receive such guidance from Lord Sugar, however he was proud of how far along he was in the competition.
Tre also shared that he is firmly “Team Rachel,” adding that many of his best moments occurred with his fellow contestant on the show.
Paul also praised finalist Phil, describing him as “resilient” in the face of nine losses over the course of the show (pictured: Tre with wife Enas Daeki).
