‘She made me smile, gave me a little massage, and with every birth you adjust it and make it better.
‘Then with Digby I started entering spirituality, learning more about energy, how our bodies work, and then something intuitive made me want to dance like a tribal woman.
I started to dance around welcoming the pain, and then I visualized this wave pushing it out. So I remembered that and then I danced the baby out with this one and welcomed the pain and contractions. ‘

The TV star highlighted the benefits of home birth, adding, ‘I always gave birth during a delivery in a birthing pool, but this was my first home birth, I think because the baby is already in the water and then they go into the water ‘it makes the transfer a lot easier.
‘I also think you don’t have the pressure of gravity at full force, your body is just generally lighter. I was more in a squat position, kind of like a reverse cowgirl, with my arms behind me. ‘
The CBB 2017 participant went on to explain that she felt anxious about going to the toilet shortly after giving birth.
Of her changing body, Jessica said candidly, ‘I remember a part of my body that was definitely not the same after giving birth and it was my a **.

Jessica also spoke about her career juggling with five kids, admitting ‘it’s both beautiful and stressful’.
She detailed: ‘It’s actually funny so I took the baby to school to do the school run and Olive my middle daughter, one of her friends said,’ Wow, you have a lot of kids’.
‘I was just thinking how an 8-year-old tells me this. It was actually Alex, he had no kids before him and we started seeing each other, and then we talked about it and he’s such a dream boat that he asked me if I was going to have any more kids.
While the reality of having five kids is both beautiful and stressful. They’re amazing, but one thing I have that huge parental guilt about is I can’t have that one-on-one with them all the time.
‘I feel so guilty because they are all different ages and they all need me. Digby, who is almost 3, has that really demanding age, while the girls like the girls are getting a little older so they have different needs. ‘
Jessica admitted she tends to wash her hair every three weeks and said, ‘I went for a walk this morning and I said to one of my friends, the more kids you have, the more you make it your mission to don’t look like s ** t.
‘He’s a keeper, he was born to be a father’: the former pole dancer gushed about her beauty
‘I didn’t wash my hair for 3 weeks and then it just doesn’t get greasy because it just wasn’t me. So my newborn is 2 weeks tomorrow, the first week was awful, he just wasn’t sleeping at all.
‘I then started listening to this audiobook about magic words and how the words we speak create magic so I thought I was going to try this so I said’ yes he is sleeping well ‘and then he started sleeping, Okay!’
The former pole dancer gushed enthusiastically about her beauty: ‘Alex, I must say, has been amazing, he’s a keeper, he was born to be a dad. The kids love Dudley and every 5 minutes I ask one of them if they can hold him.
‘It’s brilliant, but it absolutely drives me crazy, I just have to beg them to let him sleep. Since we are so used to sharing each other’s time, I haven’t really noticed a huge difference, they just love having a new baby.
‘The age transitions weren’t too bad, I found 3-4 really difficult, and around that time I wanted another baby, then I started to think I don’t know if I can do this!
‘Yeah, around those ages I really got caught up and then Alex really wanted to have another baby and I just didn’t think I had it in me and then I was literally pregnant in the first or second shot.’

[But] all the kids who were home and homeschooling were a bit stressful, but like Alex, I had to do something else. So I was pregnant and stressed, homeschooling just wasn’t practical.
‘I’d rather take them for a walk, let them paint, let them do their math on their own time, going home school meant no one could get anything done. The delivery was fantastic, we had a small home delivery and it was beautiful.
‘But last year I got really engrossed in watching the news, reading alternative media and that sent me into a tailspin, but now I’ve just stopped reading the news, turned off the telly and made life is rosy! ‘
