According to TMZ, sources claimed that the witnesses told a grand jury in Illinois that Kelly employees made sure they crossed state borders for sexual purposes while they were minors.
One of the alleged victims also claimed that Kelly & # 39; s team had paid witnesses not to testify in the 2008 court case.
Kelly was arrested in February on charges accused of sexual abuse of a woman and three girls over a period of approximately 10 years from the late 1990s.

Witnesses claimed that his daughter's family was paid by Kelly because she was the alleged victim in the 2008 case.
Prosecutors in that lawsuit argued that the girl in a sex band had been submitted as evidence for Kelly's goddaughter – but they failed to convince the jury.
Witnesses in the 2008 case were reportedly sent on vacation when the trial was ongoing, so they were not available to testify.
They claimed that Kelly employees arranged their trips.
Kelly has been guilty of the charges against sexual abuse that he has brought against him this year and denied any offense.
Earlier this month, R. Kelly appeared for a hearing at which his lawyer, Steve Greenberg, demanded that plaintiffs' evidence from Michael Avenatti provide video evidence that Kelly had sex with a minor girl.

The indictment was filed against him after seven women, including his ex-wife, appeared on Lifetime television documentary Surviving R Kelly and accused him of emotional and sexual abuse.
He spent a weekend in prison for the sex money before being released on bail of $ 100,000 on February 25.
But he was arrested again on March 6 for not paying child support, just hours after he played in a television interview with CBS. This morning, Gayle King co-hosted accusations that he had sexually assaulted the teenage girls.
Kelly was detained for paying more than $ 161,000 in childcare to his three children with ex-wife Andrea Kelly.
He was released from prison on March 9 after a child benefit of more than $ 161,000 was paid to Andrea.
