Police said they approached the elderly man, who is in his 60s, after a verbal altercation over parking.

The sickening footage shows the suspect lunging at the elderly man before shoving him in the arm.

The impact sends the man to the ground, his walker clattering behind him.

The suspect is then seen aggressively pointing at the elderly man as he lies on the ground before getting into his car.

Police said the man drove away after the dispute. The victim was helped to her feet and was not injured.
