The 14-year-old hosts a ‘Hooters night’ for his family dressed as a busty waitress and serving wings

A very creative Massachusetts teen has pulled out all the stops – and the fake breasts – to make a Hooters restaurant for his family at home during quarantine.

Ever since he got home full time, Derek Cannuscio has really prepared some extensive dinners for his parents and siblings, cooking incredible themed meals and even decorating rooms of the house to turn it into an impromptu restaurant.

For his most recent eatery at home, the 14-year-old turned the dining room into a Hooters, serving chicken wings and chips while dressed as a busty Hooters waitress.

Derek has made several special meals so far, and his own sister Caitlin shared the dinners on TikTok, where millions of viewers tuned in to see what the talented teen cooks.

For his latest production, he made another tasty looking dinner, boiling chicken wings from scratch and accompanying them with blue cheese dressing.

He also baked homemade fried pickles and wafer fries.

But Derek doesn’t just stop at good food – he’s also big on presentation, and this evening was no different.

For Hooters night, he dressed up as a Hooters waitress, wearing a homemade Hooters T-shirt, a tight skirt and a headband.

His sisters Caitlin and Sara, meanwhile, dressed as the kind of men they think they love going to Hooters, with plaid, baseball caps and fake mustaches.

When it was time to serve, Derek pulled cans of soda from his bra, much to his father’s horror.

His sisters watched and pretended to be lurking men – with one even taking out binoculars to stare.

The funny video has already been watched 10.8 million times on TikTok by fans who have come to love Derek’s exaggerated meals.

The first night he cooked for his family, Derek prepared an airplane-themed meal. Caitlin filmed herself when she arrived at the makeshift restaurant in their basement, where Derek set up a barrier and posed as a gatekeeper to ask for her ticket – which had been scribbled on a post it.

When she came in he showed her to the table and while everyone was seated Derek played the flight attendant and gave a safety demonstration.

The in-flight meal was chicken marsala, which was served with salad and wine.

“The plane came to me because I am an aviation enthusiast and I felt bad that my sister couldn’t go on her spring break, so I wanted to try making one for her and my family,” Derek said. BuzzFeed.

“I like to make them laugh – life is too serious now.”

The second special dinner was themed ‘princess’ and was held in the family office. However, this was not a dinner for the whole family: Derek has put together a special romantic meal especially for his parents.

He also went all out, decorated the room with candles, Christmas lights and Disney figurines, and undressed the table with a garland and more candles.

For the occasion, Derek even pulled out his parents’ finer china and served them a meal of sausage and paprika.

He also dressed for the occasion and wore a formal dress to create the chic atmosphere for his mom and dad.

Again, Caitlin filmed the lineup, calling it French music and adding the caption, “Only restaurant open during this corona time.”

Derek’s third dinner was “his best yet”, according to Cait.

He prepared a hibachi-style meal and invited his family into the kitchen to watch him cook and serve them at the kitchen counter.

After handing out soy sauce, he handed out some ‘homemade’ ramen – Cup Noodles – and then lit a grill to stir-fry some shrimp fried rice.

The creative teen even did tricks, tossed an egg and caught it in his hat, filling a spray bottle with sake to shoot at his family.

“Our fun dinners make us all laugh and we eventually connect our family,” Caitlin told BuzzFeed. “Before quarantine, my family rarely ate together because of everyone’s busy schedules … COVID-19 showed us that in times of stress and even in a locked country, we will always have our families going through things to get there.
