The heartwarming photo was taken by paramedics at NSW Ambulance while the older man named William was driven into the hospital.
William was seen tied to a stretcher as he bent over to his wife who waited for him in the neighborhood.

“Our paramedics captured this wonderful moment today,” wrote NSW Ambulance on Facebook.
“Even when he was taken to the hospital, 104-year-old William found the time to pamper his wife for Valentine’s Day.
“Love knows no boundaries,” the post added.
