The 61-year-old media personality showed off her age-defying figure in a pair of skintight leather pants, which she teamed with a Wales jersey, while dancing in a pre-game clip.
The blonde bombshell recorded the clip at BBC Wales’s studio and danced with co-host Nathan Sussex to KC and the Sunshine Band’s Please Don’t Go.

She wore her long locks loose and over her shoulders in tousled curls and natural-looking makeup.
Carol danced happily to the song and showed off her moves, and at one point, she dropped to the ground while dancing.

Despite putting on a lively display in the video, the Welsh rugby team lost the match against Australia, with a final score of 39-34.

Carol’s main home is in Bristol, but she divides her time between Bristol, Cardiff and West Wales.
After travel restrictions meant she couldn’t return to her Pembrokeshire seaside retreat for months in 2020, Carol opened up about her reunion with Wales in an Instagram post last year.

‘Finally, after the lockdown was lifted a bit, I was able to come home. I grew up in North Wales and seeing the sea, mountains, cows, sheep and green grass (cue @realsirtomjones)… fills my heart to bursting,” she wrote at the time.
Talking to Hello! Magazine in 2021, Carol admitted that she hopes to one day live in Wales full-time.
I am a vagabond; I have always been a bum. I love making houses, but I don’t want to be in them too much,’ he explained.
I live between West Wales, a bit of Cardiff and Bristol. I think progressively that will become all of Wales. Soon. I’m Welsh, and I love it. I want to spend a lot less time working in London, it’s my decision. I’m just doing the things I want to do.’
