Happy new year! We welcome 2025 with a full day of College Football Playoff action.
We have three games on Wednesday after Penn State began the quarterfinals with a 31-14 win over Boise State in the Fiesta Bowl on New Year’s Eve.
The expanded playoff didn’t exactly work out in the first round, but now we get some heavyweight matchups as the remaining teams compete for a spot in the semi-finals.
