A Texas mother arrested for allegedly performing illegal botox surgery on buttocks across the country is facing new charges, as her victims share images of their horrific injuries.

Consuelo Dal Bo, 57, and her daughter Isabella Dal Bo, 18, were arrested by Houston police in April during an undercover operation.

The blonde woman who underwent surgery appeared in a Montgomery County court on Friday after turning herself in on additional charges stemming from incidents that occurred in 2021 and 2022 at her home, according to reports. KRTK.

She was wearing a pink prison jumpsuit and handcuffed as she was charged with two counts of practicing medicine without a license and causing bodily harm.

Since the mother and daughter’s arrest, their former clients have been speaking out and sharing horror stories of their experiences.

A woman told the local news outlet She went to Consuelo’s house in Conroe, Texas in 2022 to improve her glutes.

The woman said she paid $8,000 to have Consuelo inject liquid from large brown bottles into her body on three separate occasions.

“The side of my butt would get really, really red and it would hurt to touch. I’m pretty sure it was infected,” she said.

“Right now I feel like I have marbles all over my butt. I regret going to see her, yes.”

The photos show the woman’s bottom swollen and covered in bandages after the procedure.

A former client said she suffers constant infections after her injections.

It has a lot of swelling and pain.

Another woman said Consuelo gave her calf injections in 2010 and she has been suffering ever since.

Montgomery County jail records show Consuelo was released Friday on $100,000 bail ($50,000 for each additional charge).

In April, an undercover officer posed as a client to meet the two women at a temporary residence on Eastern Meadowlark Way in Conroe.

The mother and daughter had reportedly arrived directly from the airport after conducting business in California.

Police said the women tried to give the undercover officer Xanax to relax him before the injections.

Both are charged with illegally practicing medicine and the mother will face an additional drug charge.

According to public records, Consuelo is a licensed cosmetologist in Texas and the family home is listed as a $650,330 residence in Conroe.

The FDA has issued several warnings against injectable silicone for body contouring, saying it can cause long-term pain, infections and serious injuries, including death.
