Kelsey Bone of Athens lost her husband Michael Bone, 29, and her sons Waylon, 8, and Corey, 11, when her car collided with another.
Michael was driving a 1993 Ford Ranger at 12:24 a.m. on Sunday, October 6 at 1616 Farm to Market Road when the vehicle veered into the westbound lane. KLTV reported.
Michael’s truck collided with a Nissan Armada driven by Merri Kelly, 57, of Murchison. All four people died.
‘Michael Bone, you were too perfect for this world… none of this makes sense. “I can’t even think about Kelsey waking up and knowing y’all (sic) are gone again,” Michael Bone’s sister Sara wrote in a Facebook post on Oct. 7.

Merri Kelly, pictured, also died in the car accident, leaving behind a large family.
Texas DPS said Michael and his children were pronounced dead at the scene, while Kelly later died at a local hospital. CBS 19 reported.
Michael and his children were not wearing seat belts, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).
Farm-to-market (FM) roads are generally found in rural areas, such as the city of Athens, which has a population of just under 13,000.
The investigation into the cause of the accident is ongoing.
TO GoFundMe was released for Kelsey and her three remaining children on October 9, three days after the tragedy.
The fundraiser, intended to raise money for funeral costs and other living expenses, has garnered 94 donations totaling $6,000. The goal is to raise $15,000.
More than three dozen people left online tributes for Michael, Corey and Waylon.

‘I just want to thank everyone who came to say see you later to my babies. It warmed my heart to see the impact the three of them had on this community. And how loved they were,” Kelsey wrote.
Merri Kelly, the other victim of the car accident, leaves behind her husband Porter Kelly, eight children and 14 grandchildren, according to her. obituary.
One of her grandsons, Brooklyn Byrd, wrote a poem about her, recapitulating the day she died and the day she was laid to rest.
Porter shared a copy of the poem, titled FM 1616, on social media and said he “thought it was amazing.”
