A judicial official told DailyMail.com in December at one of his court appearances: ‘The case is ongoing. The defense and the State are discussing the next steps. This was the setup hearing.
He posted $20,000 bail after his arrest, with the condition that he not touch alcohol or firearms.
Others included not committing any more alleged crimes or taking illegal drugs, as well as having to give urine samples.
