Amnesia: The Bunker comes out at the end of this month, and as we get closer to the launch date, Frictional Games has released a new trailer that showcases 10 minutes of terrifying new gameplay footage.
The video focuses entirely on the mysterious monster that continues to haunt the player throughout the action relentlessly, with the video showcasing elements such as exploration, navigating the vault, the game’s interaction with light and dark, and much more.
Amnesia: The Bunker is set during World War I from the perspective of French soldier Henri Clement, who suffers from amnesia. Stranded in an abandoned military bunker with a hungry creature, the soldier must use his wits to survive.
The developers call Amnesia: The Bunker their most open game yet with players able to explore a semi-open world and limited linear events. This means that players can explore different paths and areas without restrictions, but the horror will come from an “ever-present threat”, so beware of that.
Amnesia: The Bunker will be released on May 23rd for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
