Terrifying moment kidnap gang grab man and drag him into van as he desperately struggles to escape

This is the terrifying moment a gang of kidnappers grab a man off the street and force him into a van in broad daylight.

CCTV footage shows a red van pull up outside a house in Bradford, West Yorkshire, on March 6, before three men get out and walk down an alleyway.

Moments later, the three are seen dragging a man into the van as he desperately tries to escape in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

Ali Rafiq, 40, whose CCTV camera caught the attackers, said: ‘I was in total shock when I saw it.

‘I felt guilty as I had been at home at the time and thought I heard someone moaning and groaning – but I just thought it was an argument.

‘It wasn’t until I watched the footage again that I realized what had happened and immediately called the police.

‘If I hadn’t been at home and seen it back, no one would have known it happened – it’s very scary.’

West Yorkshire Police said: ‘Police are investigating a report of kidnapping after a man was injured on Westcroft Road, Bradford at around 11.10am on Wednesday 6 March.

“The victim suffered injuries to his jaw and ribs.

“Inquiries are ongoing from Bradford CID.”
