After a woman claimed to meet a yowie on a rural road at night, other villagers have backed up their claims that the mythical beast is in the area.

A woman's claim that she encountered a yowie in a remote country was backed by locals who say they have also seen the beast.

The mythical creature was allegedly spotted around 7 p.m. on March 5 in Uki, New South Wales, in the Mr Jerusalem National Park.

The woman gave a detailed description of the alleged yowie that Dean Harrison, of Australian Yowie Research (AYR), shared on his Facebook page.

& # 39; I absolutely believe this. I lived in the uki (sic) area at the base of mt warning for more than 15 years. I also had an encounter with the hairy man in 2006, I was in my backyard, "one user wrote.

"I am an aboriginal elder, a senior legal woman, I lived in the area for 4 years and I can tell you that there is definitely a furry presence there," added another user.

"I believe you, I am an Aboriginal man and I grew up in the wooden refractory area (sic), my grandfather, a tribal Bushman, often told me stories about Yowie when I was a child," the user wrote.

"There were other sightings in the township of Woodenbong in the 70s and 80s by white and aboriginal people, the Yowie has been in my culture for generations and now I am in my 50s and I still believe that the Yowie exists."

Mr. Harrison documents his data in written and audio witness accounts, news articles, images and physical evidence, the Northern Star reported.

The alleged sighting was counted on the AYR site and explained how the woman claims to have found the furry creature.

"It was after the cricket training around 6:30 p.m. and I was driving down a dirt road and I passed a cows crossing before I stopped in an area that was washed away and the trees were pushed to the side of the road to take a nap, "the woman wrote.

"I ended my life when I heard something around me and I was not sure what it was."

The woman then decided to howl to see if it was a wild animal hiding behind the trees.

Impressed by receiving an answer back to her scream, the woman continued to scream until she growled and growled.

The woman pulled out her cricket bat ready to face what was hidden in the bush, thinking it was just a "smarta ** joke with me".

& # 39; Hit twice, so I hit twice. I hit again, and did the same thing again. I thought things like that and made a howl and a scream, it was when everything turned into a pear shape.

"I heard punches coming down the hill … I had never heard anything so heavy before, it was as if the ground was moving under me."

The mysterious creature was suddenly 10 meters away and growled and growled as it headed towards the woman, he says.

He quickly jumped into his car, turned on the lights and was surprised to see what was standing in front of her.

It was between 6 and 7 feet tall and full of hair, about 5 centimeters long, and had hair on the back and on the breasts. His eyes the size of golf balls and his hands were huge reaching to the knees.

"It was the scariest thing I've ever seen."

When turning on the lights of the car on the beast, the woman noticed that it had blue-reddish eyes. He also had a beard and hair on his upper lip, she says.

"He had a big mouth … this mouth was 5 to 7 inches long."

The creature remained in front of the car swinging from side to side before it escaped before the woman could capture a photo.
