Teresa Giudice’s husband, Luis Ruelas, has been accused of “harassing” his ex-fiancée, Vanessa Reiser, who filed a restraining order against him.
Reiser allegedly claimed the Real Housewives of New Jersey star, 51, the other half, 48, hired a private detective to ‘hound her’, according to page 6.
Ruelas’ ex – who is a licensed therapist in New Jersey specializing in narcissistic abuse – believes one of her patients was hired to “spy on her”.
Reiser’s attorney, Douglas Anton, told the publication that the patient will ask about the therapist’s former relationship with Ruelas — whom she dated from 2018 to 2020 — during each session.
One of the suspicious questions included, ‘If [Ruelas] had to leave his wife and show any regret… Would you like to be with him?

Some of the other weird questions were ‘Do you still love Luis?’ and ‘How was it with your attacker?’
The patient reportedly visited Reiser’s office about three to four times, beginning in February, and used a false name.
“It was weird that she kept asking all this information that if Luis left his wife and he was unhappy, would she ever take him back,” the lawyer said.
He also said Reiser would do his best to “get off topic and not talk too much about it.”
Despite the weird and personal nature of the questions, Reiser wasn’t immediately alarmed, as her relationship with Ruelas – who has been married to Giudice since August 2022 – was documented online.
In 2021, Reiser accused Ruelas of “punishing” her if her sexual demands weren’t met in a lawsuit filed after their breakup.
“He demanded that I be available for sex whenever he wanted,” she said in court documents. “If I opposed his demands, Luis Ruelas would punish me. He would be mean, walk away from me and blame me for what happened.
Reiser initially hired Anton to file a collection claim after one of the woman’s payments failed.

Interesting: the patient inquired about the therapist’s former relationship with Ruelas, with questions like: “If [Ruelas] had to leave his wife and show any regret… Would you like to be with him?

However, after the lawyer dug into the case, his team discovered that the woman was using a false name for the sessions.
Staff then tracked the woman and discovered a connection between her and private eye Bo Dietl, whose name fans might recognize from the Bravo reality show as Ruelas called her one of his ‘best friends’ and would have brought him “information” about the casting.
Dietl has publicly denied being hired to investigate any of the housewives and has “refused to confirm or deny” the allegations regarding Reiser according to Page Six.
Reiser’s attorney said his concern was determining the motive for Ruelas’ alleged hiring of a private investigator and that he was not seeking to press charges against him.
‘Right away [Reiser is] feared he was [Ruelas behind the woman’s visits] and that he has something up his sleeve or – and again I’m going by the questions – he’s unhappy with his current situation and wanted to see if Vanessa would ever pay him. Because that seemed to be the way the questions were going.
He also said his client was “extremely happy to be living her life” and “has a wonderful gentleman in her life”, adding to the situation: “She didn’t want this at all”.
Meanwhile, another source who spoke to the publication questioned Reiser’s motives and spoke about his history of detention, including one against Ruelas and an ex-husband.
“This is a woman who has a well-documented history of harassment and disparagement of individuals she previously had a relationship with,” the insider said.

“What she continues to do with Louie, she did with her ex-husband, and it is well documented in existing court orders. This restraining order follows exactly the same pattern.
Meanwhile, Ruelas’ attorney, Christopher A. Errante, denied the allegations made in Reiser’s restraining order and said he and his client “look forward to being vindicated in court.”
Meanwhile, Giudice’s attorney, James Leonard Jr., told Page Six, “Teresa’s main concern in life is the safety and sanctity of her family.”
“She has an incredible relationship with Louie’s ex-wife, who is the mother of his children, just like Joe Giudice and Louie have an incredible relationship. This tells you everything you need to know.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star began dating Ruelas in November 2020 after her divorce from ex-husband Joe Giudice was finalized. The duo got married last year.
