Teqball king of Manchester United: Bruno Fernandes blinds new teammates

Teqball King of Manchester United: Bruno Fernandes dazzles new teammates alongside Anthony Martial by showing off excellent skills against Fred and Andreas Pereira

  • Bruno Fernandes arrived to strengthen Manchester United midfield in January
  • Fernandes came from Sporting Lisbon for £ 68 million and has impressed so far
  • The international Portugal also left its mark during the winter break
  • United is in Spain and Fernandes hired his teammates at Teqball

It is fair to say that Bruno Fernandes has been largely impressed since he came to Manchester United from Sporting Lisbon for £ 68 million.

Fernandes has also not wasted time impressing his teammates on the training field.

The midfielder is part of the first team group of United during their winter break in Malaga before returning to the Premier League-action in Chelsea on Monday.

During a break on Wednesday, the 25-year-old went along with Anthony Martial, Fred and Andreas Pereira for a game of Teqball.

Fernandes and Martial proved to be an effective partnership because they made light work of Pereira and Fred.

Indeed, it was perhaps more proof of how well he settled in United.

That was something that manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer picked up earlier in the week when United was southwest of Malaga in Marbella.

Solskjaer said: ‘Well, in general he is a very, very good soccer player and his brain is clearly faster than many others.

‘He has many attributes that we are going to get used to. We will get used to him and he will get used to us.

“His passing range, his deliveries, his movements, I am just happy to see him enjoying it.

“He trains and he trains and he trains, so his fitness and enthusiasm is brilliant.”
