Tennis bad boy Nick Kyrgios’ glam girlfriend shares a photo of them cuddling on the sofa

Wimbledon’s bad boy Nick Kyrgios seemed to shake off any controversy last night – when his girlfriend shared a sweet video of the couple cuddling on a couch.

The Australian, 27, drew criticism after an extraordinary Wimbledon appearance that saw him spit at a spectator and yell swear words at linesmen.

he named a ‘fanless snitch’ for reporting his antics and claimed another ‘can’t see the ball’ during his win over Briton Paul Jubb on Tuesday.

But Kyrgios seemed unconcerned about the controversy as he cuddled up with his new girlfriend Costeen Hatzi, 22, to watch Andy Murray’s game on Wednesday night.

The pair were seen relaxing on a couch in a clip shared on Instagram by psychology student Ms. Hatzi, who travels the world to support her athletic beauty.

Kyrgios will face Serbian Filip Krajinović in his second round today.

However, the Australian tennis champion has been banned from participating in the center courts at Wimbledon for the remainder of the tournament due to the spitting scandal.

Officials have reportedly decided not to dump Kyrgios from Wimbledon.

Kyrgios spat at harassing fans immediately after his first-lap rollercoaster win over Britain’s Judd earlier this week.

He has yet to face a penalty for the incident but will face a hefty fine and be sent to the All England Club’s outdoor courts. News Corp reported.

The Aussie later sparked further controversy for eating sushi at a post-match press conference, with many tennis fans accusing him of being disrespectful.

‘You are disrespectful to eat while being interviewed; you need to get some respect,” said one.

“Nick Kyrgios says he doesn’t want people to disrespect him as he spits at people, calls linesmen ‘old man’ and then eats at a press conference,” wrote another.

The 2022 Australian Open doubles champion said he spat at a spectator who disrespected him and insulted the player unnecessarily.

“Just sheer disrespect, just everything. Someone just yelled that I wasn’t in the crowd today. Is that normal? No. I just don’t understand why it keeps happening,” Kyrgios said.

“Have you ever gone to a supermarket and started yelling at someone who was scanning the groceries? No. So why do they do it when I’m at Wimbledon? Why is that?’

Kyrgios has had a number of high profile relationships, including Russian tennis player Anna Kalinskaya and on-off girlfriend Chiara Passari.

But in December 2021, Nick went public with Ms. Hatzi and his Instagram is now partly devoted to sharing beloved snaps about their relationship.

He has even hinted that he plans to pop the question and tell a fan that their engagement is set to take place soon.

Psychology student Ms. Hatzi just celebrated her 22nd birthday and the couple have moved into an apartment in Zetland, a suburb of Sydney. She was spotted in the Australian Open stands and has been posting photos since arriving in London.

Kyrgios isn’t afraid to declare his love for his brunette girlfriend by writing in a birthday post, “My beautiful Costeen, the most amazing person I’ve ever met. You have been the greatest blessing in my life and I am so incredibly grateful to call you my best friend.

“No matter what we do, I always get excited because I know we’re going to make every little moment fun. There is nothing I love more than being able to make you laugh and see that amazing smile of yours.

“I’m so incredibly proud of how far we’ve come, and now we can say we have a home together. I can’t wait for all our adventures, big or small, or around the world.’
