The Goomba hitmaker hid his “non-life-threatening” injuries under a balaclava and strapped it into a black Dolce & Gabbana bouffant.
He put on a pair of black skinny jeans and put on crisp white crocodile boots.
The controversial rapper coming out into the open comes on the heels of a newly released 911 call that revealed Tekashi 6ix9ine refused medical attention when he was beaten up in an LA Fitness bathroom in Lake Worth, Florida.
The March 21 assault left the rapper Trolls, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, with injuries to his jaw, ribs and back, officials said.

An employee at LA Fitness in Lake Worth, Florida, spoke softly when she placed the 911 call as she told the dispatcher, “There’s blood everywhere.”
She can then be heard asking Tekashi if he needs a medic. In the background, he replied, “No, I’m fine.”
Last week, the alleged attackers – Rafael Medina Jr., 43, Anthony Maldonado, 25, and Octavius Medina, 23, were arrested on charges of robbery and assault.

“I think some guys, they just jumped on a member in the shower and there’s, like, blood everywhere,” says the woman.
The dispatcher asks if a medic is needed, then the caller passes it on to Tekashi, who hears in the background: “No, no, I’m fine.”
When asked if there were any weapons, she answered no and told the dispatcher that three men beat up the rapper and left but they were in the parking lot.
The caller could not give a clear description of the attackers but told the dispatcher that they had security cameras.

The caller told the dispatcher, “We have security cameras too, so we can look at it and see if we can see it but I don’t know if you can actually see what it looks like.”
Tekashi is rushed to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The alleged attackers were arrested on March 31, and Tekashi took to social media to call his attackers “nothing but cowards.”

He commented on a video of the attack, saying, “For two years I’ve been walking around with no security.” “I’m not saying I’m promoting it but now you see I’ve never hid from anything.”
Tekashi 6ix9ine, known for his rainbow hair and “69” tattooed on his forehead, had previously faced decades in prison as part of an extortion case in which he was accused of using a violent gang as a “personal assassination squad”.
Instead, his sentence was reduced to about two years after he testified against the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods, earning him the nickname “Snitch”.
It was part of a massive crackdown on gangs in New York, during which nine members of the same gang were arrested.
He quickly dumped his co-defendants, making a deal with the prosecution instead and agreeing to be their star witness.
In court, he takes the stand to describe the inner workings of the gang and his rise through it.

As a result, Anthony Ellison – one of his co-defendants – was sentenced to 24 years in prison.

Tekashi was sentenced to two years in prison in December 2019. By that time, he had already completed 13 months.
He was released in early April 2020 and allowed to serve the remainder of his sentence under house arrest.
He had pleaded with corrections officials to release him, saying he feared contracting COVID behind bars. Since then, he has done little to keep a low profile.
He continues to brag about money and women on social media, where he has over 24 million followers, and is still making music.
