Teigan, wife of former NRL star Alex McKinnon, shares new photos of her tiny newborn twins a week after giving birth

Teigan, the wife of former NRL star Alex McKinnon, has shared some sweet photos of her newborn twin girls.

The WAG celebrated a week since the babies were born by posting a slideshow with photos and videos of the little ones on Instagram.

“Loving you for a week,” she wrote in the post.

Teigen recently spoke of the ‘indescribable emotions’ of welcoming twins Audrey and Violet.

Submit an essay The Sunday Telegraph this week, Teigan said it felt “so natural” to welcome both girls into the world.

“Alex took Violet in his arms and Audrey was laid on my chest,” she said of the tender moment.

“At that moment, while the twins were crying for each other, it was extremely overwhelming.”

She went on to say that it was clear the twins were aware of their own special bond.

“They both arrived crying, but in our first sign of how close they are as twins and little babies, they stopped crying as soon as we put them together on my chest.”

‘They are both immediately settled. It was as if they could feel and smell each other again. They still are like that today. ‘

Teigan chose Violet’s name, while Alex chose Audrey’s name.

On Tuesday, the couple announced the arrival of their twins.

Teigan shared several photos on Instagram of the couple – who have been together since high school – cradling their newborns in the hospital.

Two precious little girls have entered the world and stole our hearts: 04/26/21. 3:13 PM and 3:19 PM, ”she wrote.

The McKinnons had announced they were expecting twins in November last year.

Former Newcastle Knights star Alex, 29, who was paralyzed after a horror attack seven years ago, posted a photo to Instagram of themselves with Teigan and their daughter Harriet with balloons spelling their big surprise: ‘Gemini’.

The couple later revealed that they were left speechless when their GP told them the news after a scan.

“We are immensely grateful – with a million different emotions,” Alex said.

“I’m still trying to get my head around all those things, like two baby seats, two baby beds, two high chairs… it’s amazing how the roller coaster of life works.

‘I am an only child, so we have always wanted a large family. I think we have our wish, that’s for sure. ‘
