Two teenagers have been photographed on the roof of a building on a busy city street “smoking a bong” and booing passers-by.
The couple were photographed sitting on top of the Chemist Warehouse in Chatswood Mall in north Sydney at around 4pm on Thursday as passers-by looked on in shock.
The teenagers sat with their legs dangling over the edge of the multi-story pharmacy without fear of people seeing them.
According to one bystander, the girls threw objects at the pedestrians below to get their attention.

One image shows one of the girls smoking the bong while the other shields a lighter flame from the wind.
Another image shows one of the girls posing for a photograph, sticking her thumb up at the camera while holding the bong to her lips.
The Chemist Warehouse store is located in a busy strip mall in the heart of Chatswood with market stalls operating just below.
“The two of them were just sitting there smoking a bong,” one onlooker told Daily Mail Australia.
‘They (the adolescents) greeted people on the street.
“They just didn’t mind the attention or being photographed.”
The couple were photographed sitting on top of the Chemist Warehouse in Chatswood Mall in north Sydney around 4pm on Thursday afternoon as shocked pedestrians looked on.
One of the girls was wearing a ski mask and posed for a picture with a thumbs up and holding a bong to her lips.
Another pedestrian said he had alerted the police but they were confused as to ‘why it took so long’.
‘I’m not even sure if they (the police) came,’ they said.
The girls were allegedly on the roof for about half an hour before leaving.
The roof of the pharmacy appears to be easily accessible with graffiti all over much of the building.
A NSW Police spokesperson told Daily Mail Australia that “investigations into the circumstances surrounding this incident are continuing.”
