A teenager was rushed to hospital after he was found with stab wounds at first light.
A NSW Ambulance spokesperson said police called for an ambulance about 6am on Friday after a child was reported to have fallen on Main Rd in Toukley, on the state’s Central Coast.
When paramedics arrived, they located a teenager with stab wounds to his leg.
The patient was rushed to Wyong Hospital.
The scene, believed to be in the vicinity of Toukley ambulance station, was cleared shortly after 7.15am
