Bui is currently a permanent citizen and was applying for her citizenship when she was reportedly caught with the drugs, The Daily Telegraph reported.

If she is convicted of commercially prohibited drug delivery and prohibited drug possession, she is confronted with life behind bars.

Bui, who has no criminal record, was seen when she tried to cover her face when she left the court on Tuesday.

According to the police, Bui works several separate roles and lives with her friend, who paid $ 5,000 for her bail.

Her bail conditions include that she must report to the police four times a week, cannot travel internationally and has a curfew between 11 p.m. and 5 p.m.

She is again confronted with Burwood Local Court on 11 March.

Another 24-year-old woman admitted that she had smuggled 79 MDMA pills internally for her friends at the same festival.

She pleaded guilty to banned drug delivery after drug dogs had found the odor on her.

The woman told the police that she was hiding MDMA capsules in her body and was arrested and searched for a strip.

While searching for strips, she removed a condom with 79 MDMA capsules.

“The police unpacked the package and found that there were two layers of condoms and two layers of plastic, heat-sealed package, in which there were two separate resealable plastic bags, one containing 50 capsules and the other 29,” police said.

She must be sentenced on March 11 at the local Burwood court.
