A single mother who became pregnant at the age of 14 lost nearly 7 kilos and transformed her body after a six-week transformation.
Bartender Ashley Madrigal, 22, was chosen by YouTuber Michelle Khare, 27, to work with a nutritionist and a personal trainer as part of her fitness influencer & # 39;Extreme body makeover& # 39; series.

The mother admits she stopped thinking of herself and her needs when her seven year old daughter Megan was born.
Ashley first met Michelle when the social media star helped her and Megan got ready for one of her YouTube videos on a typical school day.
After seeing how selfless the mother is, Michelle wanted to help her not only transform her body, but also create a sense of priority for self-care for her.
At the start of her journey, Ashley has only one goal: to feel confident while taking photos with her daughter.
Changing body: Ashley said she weighed 115 pounds before she became pregnant, and the day she gave birth she was 180 pounds

& # 39; Before I became pregnant, I was 115 pounds. The day I gave birth I was 180. So I got almost 70 pounds, & she says.
However, Ashley does not want to lose weight alone. She says she wants to show her daughter that women can have muscles and do what men do, and she remembers how Megan was obsessed with Nina turtles until a boy said she couldn't like them because she was a girl.

As part of her fitness routine, Ashley alternates between one hour of power circuit training and one hour of cardio from Monday to Friday. She will do an activity with Megan on Saturday and Sunday will be her day off.
