A 15-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of a man after a deadly fight involving dozens of young people.
Police received reports of a violent confrontation between a group in Melbourne’s outer west about 7pm on Friday.
Officers arrived at McBurnie Drive, Kurunjang, and found two men, aged 18 and 22, and a 15-year-old boy with injuries.
Emergency services attempted to resuscitate the 18-year-old, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 22-year-old man and the 15-year-old boy, both from Harkness, were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The 22-year-old remains in hospital under police guard.
Police believed the incident was targeted and that the people involved knew each other.
Up to 40 people dispersed from the scene after police arrived.
