Teen Mom stars Tyler Baltierra and his wife Catelynn Lowell appeared to be battling marital problems in an explosive new trailer for Teen Mom: Family Reunion.
Baltierra, 32, who has been sharing NSFW selfies on his Onlyfans account, appeared to threaten to divorce Catelynn, 31, if she didn’t satisfy his “needs” in the season 3 trailer shared by Page six On Wednesday.
“Fuck you for making me feel unworthy,” he tells Catelynn as they sit inside a car filming the spinoff in Cartagena, Colombia.
“If I don’t satisfy my needs, we get divorced,” he adds decisively.
The 16 & Pregnant alums began dating in high school and married in 2015. They are parents to children Novalee, 9, Vaeda, 4, and Rya, 2, and placed their first daughter, Carly, 14, for adoption when they were teenagers on their journey on the MTV reality series.

The Teen Mom Family Reunion cast also includes Maci Bookout and Taylor McKinney, Jade Cline and Sean Austin, Cory Wharton and Taylor Selfridge, Cheyenne Floyd and Zach Davis, Kayla Sessler and Ryan Leigh, Mackenzie McKee and Khesanio Hall, Briana DeJesus, Leah Messer and Kiaya Elliot.
On the show, couples face obstacles in their relationships while being guided by coaches Dr. Mike Dow and Michaiah Dominguez.
They also have time for some downtime, with one scene showing Tyler jumping naked into a pool.
“We’ve never, ever had a “Teen Mom: Family Reunion” like this,” Lowell is heard saying as she narrates the clip. “When you throw couples into the mix, you’re likely to raise the temperature,” she adds.
In another scene, Floyd’s ex Wharton, 33, exclaims, “I always wanted a ‘teen mom’ orgy!” before shooting with Tyler.
Teen Mom: Family Reunion Season 3 premieres Wednesday, March 13 at 8 pm ET on MTV.
Despite their struggles in the clip, the two appear to have overcome any issues since filming, as Catelynn posted a gushing tribute to her husband on Wednesday via Instagram.
She shared a photo and video of the two enjoying a boat ride and wrote, ‘Beyond BLESSED to call you mine!!’

The reality star, who began posting on the adult content platform in July 2023, took to X to explain her choice of risqué clothing and drag the haters.
‘Cate buys me what the OF people order to watch lmao!’ Tyler, 32, wrote. ‘I’m not shy or ashamed of my body at all! She’s having a lot of fun with this, which makes it fun for me (and) we’ve had a great time doing this together!’
‘He’s already making over 6 figures (and) has remained in the top 1 (percent)! So everyone who chooses to hate can keep hating (and) I guess we’ll move on,” she added.
After a follower commented on Tyler’s post, calling Onlyfans ‘degrading,’ Tyler responded and wrote, ‘Your opinion is totally valid based on your perception.’
Last month, Tyler defended his Onlyfans account following an online backlash after his wife Catelynn promoted it.
The reality star, who began publishing on the adult content platform in July 2023, went to X to explain her choice of daring clothing and drag the ‘haters’.
‘But I choose to raise my daughters with the understanding that the body (sic) is nothing to be ashamed of.
They also share Carly, now 14, who was adopted by Brandon and Teresa Davis when she was born, which was documented in 2009 during her time on the origin series Teen Mom 16 & Pregnant.
The Davises were dragged into the feud on social media after another follower posted: ‘How do you expect Brandon and Teresa to respond to this? They don’t want to be associated with this nonsense!’
Tyler responded: ‘As far as B&T is concerned, I wouldn’t be able to please them or get their approval if I were fucking Mother Teresa, lol.
‘Also, I refuse to live my life trying to live up to anyone’s expectations besides my own!’
