Teen Mom’s Jenelle Evans celebrated her son Jace’s big 15th birthday on Saturday.
The 32-year-old reality star, who recently broke down in tears over her split from husband David Eason, took to social media to discuss her relationship with her ex-husband. Instagram to share an emotional photo of the mother-son duo commemorating the milestone.
In the snap, the couple embrace in front of a candle-lit cake. Jenelle also shared a short clip of Jace’s festivities.
“What’s 15? Turning 15 is ATVing, tenting, ordering pizza with friends. This is how @jace_vahn wanted his birthday!” she wrote alongside the post.
“How did those years go by so fast?! Now I’m the short one! #HappyBirthday,” she concluded.

In February, Jenelle reunited with Jace after Child Protective Services dropped charges against her and her husband David Eason.
She dedicated herself to her Tik Tok at the time to share a sweet video of a family dinner with Jace, who was removed from his home after Eason allegedly attacked the teen in September 2023.
In November, Jace was removed from his mother’s residence after telling doctors that Eason had abused him.
He was then placed in the care of his maternal grandmother, Barbara. It is unclear whether Jace will be allowed to live with Janelle again following Thursday’s revelation.
According TMZJace alleged that Eason, whom Jenelle married in 2017, had assaulted him after his latest attempt to run away from home.
Insiders went on to claim that Evans’ son had visible marks on his neck and arms and that the alleged assault had taken place at the residence of an acquaintance.
Both the local police department and CPS are said to have obtained footage of the incident taken by the Ring camera.
Following the alleged assault, Evans and Eason became the subject of an investigation into suspected child neglect.
The latter of the two was reported to have been officially charged with a misdemeanor related to his involvement in the October incident.

Janelle is also a mother to nine-year-old Kaiser and six-year-old Ensley. David’s daughter Maryssa, 16, also lives with the family.
Child Protective Services (CPS) took custody of the teen after he ran away from home several times and after his stepfather, David Eason (right), was accused of physically abusing him.
Authorities have since determined that a separate charge of alleged strangulation applies to the media figure’s spouse.
In November, Jenelle hinted that her mother Barbara was to blame for the child abuse investigation and charge against Eason, as well as the unpleasant consequences of the current situation.
“All these comments are coming from one person who is spreading them, if you know who I’m talking about,” she said on social media.
“This will all be over soon and then I can tell you all the truth and what’s going on,” she said, “but for now, please keep your comments to yourself because I’m trying to keep my mental health under control.”
Jace has reportedly had no contact with the Teen Mom 2 star or her husband David since he was removed from their home and sent back to live with Jenelle’s mother, Barbara.
The new arrangement appears to have benefited the teenager, who had been happier than he has been in recent weeks, according to sources with direct knowledge who spoke to TMZ.

Eason, whose conduct was defended by his wife earlier this year, was reported to have been accused by Evans’ son Jace of physical abuse last October.
Jace had run away from home on several occasions before that, and had been returned to his parents each time.
Although Jace was back living under Barbara’s roof (where he had lived much of his life), he was technically in the custody of Child Protective Services, who removed him from his mother and stepfather’s home.
According to the same sources, Barbara, who has had a stormy relationship with Jenelle over the years, is also not in contact with her daughter or David.
Jenelle also shares a nine-year-old son named Kaiser with ex-boyfriend Nathan Griffith and a seven-year-old daughter Ensley with David.
David also has two children, Maryssa and Kaden, from previous relationships.
