Team USA vs. France score, live updates: A'ja Wilson, Breanna Stewart look to lead U.S. to gold over France

USA vs. France, Part II. After the two countries met in the men’s gold medal match on Saturday, the women will take center stage on Sunday afternoon in Paris.

Team USA has been on a fairly easy pace, comfortably beating Australia in the semi-final on Friday. France, meanwhile, survived a thrilling overtime game against Belgium to reach the final. Team USA is led by a formidable group of WNBA stars, and despite their loss in the WNBA All-Star Game last month, they have shown why they are top-notch. They will look to extend their record of dominance with an eighth consecutive gold medal.

France, led by Gabby Williams, Valériane Ayayi and Marine Johannes, have never won a gold medal, having claimed bronze in 2020 and silver in 2012. Can they spring an upset on their home court? Tune in to find out.
