Photographers at Arrowhead Stadium received a stern warning from security when Taylor Swift arrived to watch her boyfriend Travis Kelce at lunchtime on Sunday.
As is customary for Swift’s long-awaited weekly arrival, hordes of photographers had gathered in the bowels of the stadium to wait for her.
Swift appeared about an hour before the game, but stopped mid-walk while security guards yelled at photographers.
With the pop star wearing a matching red skirt and jacket, those taking photos of her had to stand up before she got too close to them.
The decision was apparently made by security in an attempt to protect Taylor’s modesty as she passed by.

It is customary for those at the front of the press group to kneel to ensure they do not block the view of reporters and photographers behind.
This time, however, security ensured that Swift was protected and all photographers had to stand as she passed through the stadium on her way to the VIP suite.
As they passed, a photographer knelt again, prompting one of Taylor’s security guards to yell in his face to “stand up.”
As he screamed, he tried to stand in front of the photographer’s camera, while Swift walked into the background.
Her arrival at the game came about an hour after her boyfriend Kelce showed up wearing a red cardigan, and many fans on social media speculated whether it could have been a nod to his superstar girlfriend.
Swift hasn’t missed any of the Chiefs’ home games this season, attending all five at Arrowhead, including today’s game against the Broncos.

Travis Kelce appeared in good spirits during pregame warmups at Arrowhead.
In total, he has seen Travis perform 17 times this season and last, and he first appeared in the VIP suite in September 2023.
Incredibly, it has seen 13 wins in 16 games entering today’s matchup against Denver, the biggest of which will take place in Las Vegas for the Super Bowl in February.
It’s been a hectic week for Swift, who was in Kansas City to watch Kelce and the Chiefs beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday night before returning to New York.
On Tuesday, Swift will have been devastated to see Donald Trump triumph in the US presidential election, having publicly endorsed Democrat Kamala Harris earlier this year.
